We extend the holiday returns to allow orders of BRAND NEW items delivered from Oct 14th to be returnable through January 15th, 2025. Don't hesitate to gift your family and friends this holiday!

Items, Blowout Sales, Clearance, and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags). The shipping fee is not refundable.
Return Policy
- Outlet and other final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
- The original shipping and the handling fee are non-refundable.

- Exchanges/returns not valid for battery, charger, final sale & open-box orders.
How to Return
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@ororowear.com for any return or exchange.
- Step 2: We will send you an RMA form.
- Step 3: Please print out the RMA form and put it with your return package.
- Step 4: Once the returned package is received by our distributing center, we will proceed with the refund or exchange for you.
