These gloves fit well on the fingers, but are very big and bulky. They make it difficult to do some outdoor tasks. The heating system flows well on the top side of the hands, including fingers. However, the underside is not as warm as some other, more affordable brands.
I would recommend to try these before you buy $$$

The jacket is thin however it provided the warmth due to it having 100% down feathers plus the warming areas are in the upper back, neck and in front where the pockets are. The size fits allowing extra clothing inside. And the battery is light not feeling at all that it is there !
I couldn't wear the socks, I am a size 8 womens 5'5" tall i ordered a medium as per their size guide and they are so big the heal is above my ankle and they areabove the knee. In addition there was a manufacturer defect in the toe area, the adhesive from the heating wiring somehow is pushed through the sock and is very rough and scratchy. I contacted CS AI said no returns on socks, pushed through to a human same response, except they offered a coupon, I expressed my disappointment in their willingness to stand behind their products, they replied with offering store credit for a replacement, I accepted but was then ghosted and no store credit was provided.

Great! I've given one to my girlfriend, a photographer, so she can warm up her and after shooting with a frozen cold camera. The other one went to my daughter who suffers from Raynaud's disease. They both love it. Both consider it "a must have".
I bought these gloves in XL the first time and were a tad small delivery was quick. I had to exchange them for XXL second pair and the delivery with DHL was horrible took weeks to get to me I actually had to go to the warehouse to try and find them but zero wrong with the gloves they’re beautiful and very well made
Love it! I primarily bought this for skiing to keep my core warm and it has made a huge difference. I love the high neck, the length in the body. It's easy to use, recharge and clean. I'm a lean frame, 120lb female and wish I could have bought it in extra small.
bought it for my wife, not true to it's size, very thick and heating element feels uncomfortable, definitely not for ski boots; don't count for an exchange or refund, once unpacked it's yours; ororo, you should do better

The pockets that hold the batteries are very tight and couldn’t fit the batteries in a good position.

This was one of the best gifts I've been given. I absolutely love this vest!
I love this vest! It’s lightweight and true to size (I’m 5’7”, 125 lbs and have a small). I am always cold but this keeps me warm when I’m skiing. I wear a long sleeve under it, then put a sweater on over the vest. I keep it on low and the battery lasts all day at the hill. It has been a game changer for me!
I realized that the gloves run small after trying a pair of mitt
I upped my L to a XL on these and it’s a better fit
Very comfortable liners
It is a fine glove but if you follow the measurement guide what should be a large by the chart is probably an XXL as XL was tight
Good quality gloves but fit is a size smaller than expected.
Great fit and work well. It’s handy to have the liner gloves for less bulk.
Amazing! Warm heat settings. But the vest is very warm even when the battery is not on
The batteries work fine but they are to low in the sock and the sock doesn’t close with a velcro or a zipper. The socks are warm but not at the toes.
The heat is O.K. but the vest (small) is not tight to my body, I have to put over another cloth to compress the vest to my body. A XSmall should be better for me.
Sizing is a little small.
Go one up.
Other than that, quality is good.
Heat is sufficient.
Work best as a liner for cold, -20 c. With an outer shell.
Milder Temps would stand alone at - 5c.or so.
Battery life is good.
Used 6 times during the week of -15 -20 c with leather outers. Atv driving.
30 mins at a time.
Then had to recharge.
Not as warm as I’d hoped and difficult to fit the batteries once attached to the cables into compartment on the gloves. I love my Ororo heated vest and was hoping I’d love these heated mitts. Sadly, I was disappointed.
Love my vest!! This has been a crazy cold winter and I’m so glad to have it! Heats just in the right spots and the battery life is fantastic, tried other brands and they can’t compare.
