Battery is a great addition to the 5k I already have. The longevity of the 7k is far better with greater run time in your favourite Ororo gear!!
This battery was a replacement for a battery that I had purchased which was defective when I received it.
On the whole, these mitts work great in very cold Yukon weather. However, I often suffer from painful thumbs and the thumb area is not sufficiently heated for me.
This is a birthday gift for my husband so I can’t really review it until March 15th,

I originally ordered this vest in medium. I exchanged it for a small which fits perfectly. The customer service was amazing. The replacement vest arrived quickly and I love the product.
I was gifted this for Christmas. Had to get another as the battery does not hold a charge . Initially thought faulty battery. Got another new battery. Still would not hold a charge. Contacted company who sent a replacement cushion. Still not holding a charge so I believe the USB connector is the issue. My husband has the heated vest and has no issues at all. His vest has a different connector than the cushion
Overall the quality of the mittens is good. As the mittens are intended to use when wearing skiing attire that I found the cuffs are a bit tight to go over the sleeves. The shape of the batteries making the wearing more difficult.

I have had teo vests and now i just got a jacket! Batteries last long, fast to charge!

These gloves fit well on the fingers, but are very big and bulky. They make it difficult to do some outdoor tasks. The heating system flows well on the top side of the hands, including fingers. However, the underside is not as warm as some other, more affordable brands.
I would recommend to try these before you buy $$$

The jacket is thin however it provided the warmth due to it having 100% down feathers plus the warming areas are in the upper back, neck and in front where the pockets are. The size fits allowing extra clothing inside. And the battery is light not feeling at all that it is there !
I couldn't wear the socks, I am a size 8 womens 5'5" tall i ordered a medium as per their size guide and they are so big the heal is above my ankle and they areabove the knee. In addition there was a manufacturer defect in the toe area, the adhesive from the heating wiring somehow is pushed through the sock and is very rough and scratchy. I contacted CS AI said no returns on socks, pushed through to a human same response, except they offered a coupon, I expressed my disappointment in their willingness to stand behind their products, they replied with offering store credit for a replacement, I accepted but was then ghosted and no store credit was provided.

Great! I've given one to my girlfriend, a photographer, so she can warm up her and after shooting with a frozen cold camera. The other one went to my daughter who suffers from Raynaud's disease. They both love it. Both consider it "a must have".
I bought these gloves in XL the first time and were a tad small delivery was quick. I had to exchange them for XXL second pair and the delivery with DHL was horrible took weeks to get to me I actually had to go to the warehouse to try and find them but zero wrong with the gloves they’re beautiful and very well made
