I bought the vest on sale. It takes several minutes to heat up, but the vest starts giving off heat even during that time. The three heat settings are easy to select. However, I still find even the highest setting to be very low and not particularly warm. You really have to wear the vest under other clothes to feel the warmth. I also think the jack plug for the battery in the vest is poorly designed, since it prevents the use of other batteries or power banks. Overall, though, the vest fits me very well in size XL, so I’ll probably keep it.
Was not delivered!! Portion was delivered to postal mail box other was not because the carrier didn’t deliver to the PO Box that was provided. How does a portion of an order get delivered. Package was here but sent back. All it took was a simple phone call. Ridiculous logistical decision that delayed me receiving my order. Returned to sender to be sent back a second time cost both time and money?????
The heated jacket is nice and warm even with out the heating turned on it will come in handy when the temps start dropping

Batteries overheating, I made oraco aware of this, they sent me information on how to charge correctly even though I had told them, I have followed directions given, they then told me to discharge battery with my phone and Gilet, I did this and my phone alerted me to to much power. I ran the gilet battery down, placed back on charge as instructed, and it threw my electricity circuit breaker, they would simply not listen to my concerns, since I have sent an email for a refund , still no reply from 4 days.

Sturdy feeling material and heats up quickly. Size guide had me Fit a L but was just a bit too tight. Quick service had me swapped into an XL. Still a snug fit but was able to bend fingers better

I like the material on this and the colour. Best thing I found is, although these pockets don't zip up, they're the BIGGEST ones on any of the products I've bought before. The ONLY item I've bought I can put my hand in my pocket with my dog's Flexilead in !! So that's a massive bonus. Only knocked down 1* cos' it feels SO heavy with the battery in !!
Love my vest. Fits well. I only wish there was heat at my lower back.
I want to start this review by stating I work in a -30°c freezer for a minimum of six hours a day five days a week. these heated gloves liners work beautifully normally after two hours in the freezer my fingers hurt from the cold but these kept my hands warm on medium heat. I don't make reviews often but I thought these worked well enough that two of my coworkers decided to get them. The touch screen compatibility on these is nice when you have to use a scanner or phone in a freezer or in the winter (winter not tested but I'd assume) the battery life is good on medium heat I got four hours out of the gloves before I switched the batteries (the batteries didn't die I just switched them out because they where at 30%) if these gloves ever break I will definitely be buying another pair.
Ordered a 2XL AS THE XL was tight. There’s a whopping 6” difference in the two gilets. Needs to be returned. Not good consistency.

The vest arrived yesterday and I look forward to wearing it in the cooler weather when I go for my long e-bike rides. It looks to be well made and fits perfectly. I ordered size medium which is my usual size. I charged the battery and tried it yesterday. Could definitely feel the 3 heating elements. Thankyou for producing a good product.

Quality is great, help line support was good, tracking was poor because of shop, inaccurate and flooded with spam advertising from shop!!!!

Don’t buy these socks if you have muscular calves, they are very tight for the shoe size.

I have had multiple pieces of Ororo Gear for more than 5 years and have never had any problems. I just recently purchased the kids heated jackets and they exceeded all expectations! My kids say the jackets are, “Super cozy and warm!” The jackets are durable, fit great, and the battery charge lasts a good amount of time. Very satisfied with the purchase.
