While the glove is great on your hand without the battery, it’s near impossible to get on with the battery in place! You can barely zip it up since the pocket is so small, and when it is zipped up, this huge battery is pushing into your wrist. I was so disappointed, this glove was very promising since it’s hard to find a ladies sizing in a heated glove.
Overall works well for me. However, the battery pocket is not deep enough to allow for the connector projecting from the top of the battery making the zipper difficult to close.

I am amazed by these jackets. Since jackets don’t fit snugly on your body, I didn’t expect it to heat as quickly, as effectively, or as fast. Now 2 of my friends have bought the same jackets 😉

I bought a medium but should have bought a large as the battery is so big, the zipper will not close.

I was excited to receive my new gloves. Unfortunately one of the batteries does not work. I am waiting for my warranty replacement battery so have not been able to wear and try my new gloves. Customer service was top nothch on the replacement battery which I hope to receive soon.

They look great and work perfectly. I haven’t tried them in the cold because the weather has been mild. I did test them put and they are toasty.

We had an issue with a vest we bought a few months ago. ORORO was amazing and shipped a replacement.
My new jacket is very warm and cozy. The exterior shell is hardy fabric and should prove to be weather resistant.The jacket is somewhat heavier and thicker than I had expected, and the sleeves seem somewhat long, so it may not be as useful for more active outdoor activities. However, it will be great for walking and outdoor shopping etc.

I wear a men's size 8 shoe. I bought a medium. It fits tightly. I'd go up a size.

Save your money. The gloves are well made but that's pretty much all that's good. The heat is very weak even at the highest setting. They barely kept my hands warm in the high minuses of Canadian winter. There is no way they will be good for true Canadian winter even with other gloves over them, if you even could with the bulky battery pack at your wrist. On high, the batteries lasted for 2.5 dog walks (so about 2.5hrs roughly). Would not recommend.
