Received a vest as a gift and was very excited as it snows in Canada this morning. But I found out I need to buy a charger as ororo recommends only to use your chargers. Only to find out it is sold out on your website, so the vest will go into the closet until next winter. Very negative customer experience from the person who gave me the gift and from myself. You should indicate a charger has to be purchased separately when ordering, I understand the company wants to say a few bucks, but left with a vest I am excited about, but cannot use for now, unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
