The size guide doesn't work- I measured a small bit couldn't get them on due to bulky battery pack, ended up sending them back and getting a medium ,still couldnt get them on. So got a large ! Meanwhile spending $40 to return both pairs. The large was still too much of a struggle to get them on. And as an equestrian coach my gloves come on and off during a lesson. Ended up sending them back for a refund ! Ordered off Amazon instead ! Very misleading sizes and battery packs are cumbersome

Had to return both pairs. Couldn’t get glove on with the battery in. Both pairs fit fine without battery, but it was impossible to get on with battery. Returned and ordered a different style which works perfectly with the battery in place

While the glove is great on your hand without the battery, it’s near impossible to get on with the battery in place! You can barely zip it up since the pocket is so small, and when it is zipped up, this huge battery is pushing into your wrist. I was so disappointed, this glove was very promising since it’s hard to find a ladies sizing in a heated glove.

Gave these to my wife as gift and here is what she said: Gloves are a great fit and very warm, however she had to remove her watch in order to wear them comfortable due to where the battery pack sits.

These are so so warm!!! My only complaint is that the battery pack makes them difficult to get on and off and layer with my snow jacket. Hopefully the battery is thinner with newer models
