First, this parka is heaven sent, I love love love it so much. THE ONLY PROBLEM HERE is the ZIPPER ... I don't know if it's just this one i got or this is the common problem with the zipper that this company has but mine, the zipper doesn't work appropriately. The insert pin is crooked and the box pin has a hard time lining up with the retaining box when i wear it and try to zip it up... im not the type of customer that always complaining about little thing but in this case with $300+ worth of parka, this should be a problem but here it is. I have to push the box pin a few time until it finds a click with retaining box then a few tries every time to push the insert pin in before it clicks in and I can zip it up.. this is the first time I have this much problem with the zipper and I have so many jackets and parka that has separating zipper and I know this is not normal. I have this parka almost a month now and not one time I can just click in the zipper and zip up in one time and just go which is very annoying that this such a high price parka from a reputable company have such a poor quality of the zipper. I'm afraid of this is only the matter of time before the zipper is breaking on me... just hope that it will last for a while. Other than that, it's so warm even without the heater on. The battery life so far so good, it lasts almost all day on the low set up. The lining quality is amazing. The style fits me great and true to size, I'm S in most jacket and this Ororo S gives me roo to have layers underneath it. Hoodie is huge but cute. It comes with its storage bag which I love. I think at least 5 of my friends brought this after I rave about this jacket.

I was excited to get this. I ordered a larger size so I could wear sweatshirts comfortably under it. This was tighter than my coat which is a size smaller than this one and the sleeves are shorter. I was so disappointed since I do recess duty and needed a comfortable coat. I wear XL normally and ordered 2x in this. This is so much smaller than any of my XL coats.
