FAQs
-
How to choose my size?
We recommend using the size guide (located next to the size options) on the product page to find your perfect size by comparing it to your body measurements. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@ororowear.com
-
Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
-
Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

Review
My new favorite ororo!
"This vest is the perfect light layer for under any jacket or can look amazing on its own. As I have always told anyone who asks me about any of my ororo products, it is "Life Changing"! "
Love the heated quilted vest
"While wearing my new heated vest, my core body heat raised enough to keep my hands warm while on a winter hike, which gives me confidence to be out in the cold knowing I can stay warm. "
Great addition to my wardrobe!
"I like to spend time outdoors with my dogs, but I always get cold. I tend to get back pain from the cold, but that has decreased quite a bit since I've been wearing this vest. Now I want a jacket! "
